Alight here it is. Scary to post this for so many reasons.
A. I put my Starting weight! Which I haven’t said to many people

BUTTTT HERE I AM IN ALL MY GLORY.
I have worked so flipping hard. Reaching 300 check in’s at my gym is kind-of the big deal since i know i could not have done this without my gym. I also couldn’t have done this without all the support i have from friends, family and all of YOU.
My life has changed so much! I’m more active and i’m starting to do things I love. Thursday I start my design internship FOR A FITNESS APP. Something i would have never thought I would be interested in but fitness/health has become my passion.
Here is what I consider a big step posting this. So enjoy.

Sorry I’ve been a little MIA. I’ve been job hunting (lame) and it sucks. But, on the upside I’ve been doing Insanity since Monday, and MAN is it painful. I’m so sore, in the beginning it didn’t seem too bad but you feel it about 25 minutes into the workout. I’m excited for today’s workout, but dreading it at the same time, haha. #fitnessproblems
How have your summers been so far? Are you meeting your weightloss goals?
Woo! Finally home, done with finals and such. I did pretty well on them, if anyone was wondering :)
Anyway, now that I’m home I’m doing my 12-week program. I’ll post more about this later, but for now I thought I’d let you guys know what I’ve done for the day. I did some tricep and bicep strength training today. And then I stretched for 45 minutes. For the strength training video I used click here. It was a pretty good video, it didn’t focus only on the arms, it also had a little cardio and lower body strength training which is great. Now I’m off to find a summer job, because this chick is poor. See ya!
